Frame Relay service is also available in GTE territory in the Northern LATA. If your organization exists within US West territory (Longview, WA south to Ashland, OR) you may be able to make use of this advanced technology for 56Kb (and higher) links, which includes lower startup costs. If you are outside Frame Relay territory, dedicated leased line service is available for the same low monthly fee, but requires a higher startup cost, and most likely higher monthly telco costs. Dial-up and dedicatedIP connections using standard telephone lines are also available. RAINet has points of presence (POPs) in Portland, OR and Eugene, OR.
