CONTACT: John Christensen, Jim Taylor January 10, 1997 TRAIL BLAZERS SUSPEND ROBINSON FOR ONE GAME The Portland Trail Blazers announced Friday that forward Clifford Robinson has been suspended for one game for actions that occurred during, and after, the Trail Blazers loss to the Miami Heat Wednesday night. The suspension will take place Tuesday, when the Trail Blazers host the Detroit Pistons at the Rose Garden (7 p.m.). "We've been very pleased with Clifford's approach to this season," said head coach P.J. Carlesimo. "We look forward to his return to the active roster Thursday in Los Angeles."
