This is my mail filter.

Your mail apparently either:

 * came from a site known to me as a spam site, that is, as a 
   site which exists only to spam and has no legitimate users
 
 * came from an email address of a spammer known to me

If you are a bulk mailer, advertiser (commercial or political), or 
are sending any kind of "free offer", please remove this address
from your mailing list and go away.  I do not welcome unsolicited
advertising mail of any kind or for any purpose whatsoever.  
Please respect my privacy.

When spam is sent from a known spam site, this filter is also 
programmed to cc: the bounce to the appropriate 'Net abuse addresses
at the site's NAP.  If you got a cc of this, that is probably why.
If you are not an appropriate person to receive this notice, please
let the author know at spambouncer@ariel.vip.best.com.

If you are not an advertiser, and are sending from a site which
is blocked in my filter, or if you have no idea what happened,
try sending mail to spambouncer@ariel.vip.best.com.  Sometimes sites 
which have serious spam problems get incorrectly identified as spam 
sites, and other mistakes can happen.  A report to this address will 
enable the author to fix the filter.
