Source	/usr/bin/uptime
Description	This category is the average number of processes waiting to run on a cpu. We use the 1 minute run queue from the uptime command and the number of cpu's from the psrinfo command. We calculate the average run queue per cpu as: ratio=runq/*cpu. CPU busy RED ratio > 5.0 CPU busy AMBER 3.0 <= ratio < 5.0 CPU ok GREEN 0.001 <= ratio < 3.0 CPU idle WHITE ratio == 0.0
