Column Scan rate

Description
Calculates a 30 second vmstatcommand. The first line of the vmstat is thrown out since it is the statistics since the box was booted. We look for the average scan rate (column sr).

RED : scan rate >= 300

AMBER : 200 <= scan rate < 300

GREEN : 0 < scan rate < 200

WHITE : scan rate == 0.0
