The Service Processor includes a suite of commands that enables management and monitoring of the system. These commands are called the Systems Management Commands. From the command line, for example, you can write data-driven scripts that automate configuration of multiple machines.
The SM Commands take arguments, perform one or more actions, and display the result or text to the standard output device. Commands are grouped by similar function. Most command groups have several subcommands that support functions in that group.
