Configuring SNMP Destinations

User Access: Administrators and Managers: full access; All users: view current configuration (read only).

You can define SNMP destinations to which SNMP events (alerts) will be sent using this option.

The number of destinations you can create is limited due to memory constraints.

SM Console Usage:

Follow these steps to configure SNMP destinations:

Click Configuration SNMP Destinations from the menu bar.
Choose one of the following options:
- Select the Add Destination radio button and enter the new IP address (or hostname).
- Select the Remove Selected Destination radio button to remove an address from the list. Then select the IP address for the client you wish to remove from the SNMP Client Destinations list.
- Select the Remove All Client Destinations radio button to remove addresses for all clients.
Click the button to execute the changes.
