Troubleshooting: Temperature Issues

CAUTION: Do not attempt to service the system except as explained in the documentation. Only trained service technicians should remove the system cover to access any of the internal components. Refer to the documentation for your server for complete safety information before attempting to service your system.

Cooling of the entire system or individual components inside the system can be affected by the following conditions:

Run the diagnostics tests for temperature modules to locate and diagnose temperature problems.

To maintain proper cooling while the system is on, ensure that none of the conditions exists. You may need to perform one of the following operations:
