Problem description:

	Bug 1020255:
	The lock daemon (rpc.lockd) can dore dump or hang under certain
	circumstances (many hosts attempting to lock a single file).

	Bug 1012118:
	Communications with statd may hang up, forcing a reboot.  Messages
	like "rpc: can't send" appear.

	Fixes for both bugs have been included in this patch, which replaces
	the rpc.lockd binary.
