Problem description:

	This contains new kernel modules to fix the following:

	bug 1020604: kernel deadlock in nfs read with no available biods
	bug 1012593: nfs write to stale fhandle can cause kernel deadlock
	bug 1012596: unlinked-open files (.nfsxxx) not always removed

	NFS client processes may hang forever (especially on 3/50 4 MB
	systems) by causing kernels on the server systems to hang for
	various reasons (generally memory not being properly released).
