Problem Description: 

Data fault panics can occur during VMEbus master accesses on 4/2xx and 4/3xx
systems with heavy bus or local DVMA traffic.  Devices which hold the bus in
excess of about 590uS uS cause SunOS to panic on the instruction that is
actually performing the transfer.

INSTALL: 

 as root:
mv /sys/sun4/OBJ/trap.o /sys/sun4/OBJ/trap.o.FCS
cp sun4/trap.o /sys/sun4/OBJ/trap.o
chmod 644 /sys/sun4/OBJ/trap.o

a new kernel will need to be built and installed.

manual for building and installing a custom kernel.
