Problem Description: 
if use to tip with halfduplex mode on cmdtool or shelltool in sunview,it does not correct output on the window.But, it was correct to output on the /dev/ttya. (Only problem is a localecho that have been echo with parity. )


Install Instructions: 

As root:

mv /bin/tip /bin/tip.orig
cp tip /bin

Then change mode of /bin/tip to match mode of /bin/tip below.
