Problem Description: 

      When vxtest is run, the following error message is produced:

           mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss VX vxtest ERROR : VX 100
           Node 0, module 12, Failed Test

which does not indicate a problem since the test checks VME master
capability which is disabled in the current version of the board.
In the new vxtest and mvxtest, the above error message is edited 
out and other verbose messages can be clearly identified as 
non-error messages. All messages will be documented in the 
up-coming "VX/MVX Sundiag Description".

Install Instructions: 

     1. su 
     2. Go to ${VXHOME} directory
     3. Save bin/vxtest and bin/mvxtest to soem other files if you want
     4. copy and uncompress mvxtest.Z and vxtest.Z into bin/
