Problem Description: 

This patch fixes Bug Id 1072638, in which secondary break blocks are
sometimes put in the wrong place in the report.

Install Instructions: 

This patch is only for SimplifySQL 1.1

The patch consists of one file, report.pro.  report.pro is a PostScript
prolog file.  When you run a report spec, ReportWrite prepends report.pro
to the front of the report data file.

To install the patch, do the following:

	mv $SIMPLIFY/lib/report.pro $SIMPLIFY/lib/report.pro.FCS
	cp SQL/1.1/report.pro $SIMPLIFY/lib
