Problem Description: Kernel BAD TRAP when using kernel asynch I/O

Install:

mv /sys/sun4m/OBJ/kern_exec.o /sys/sun4m/OBJ/kern_exec.o.FCS
cp kern_exec.o /sys/sun4m/OBJ/kern_exec.o

rerun /etc/config <kernel-name>
run make, and install the new kernel.
