Problem Description:

This jumbo patch fixes the following new bugids :

BUGID   DESCRIPTION

1073640	Audiotool strings cannot be msg'ed in the european localization

Installation Instructions:
 
        1) cd to $OPENWINHOME/bin/xview
        2) su to root
        3) get patch id from current audiotool by typing
		strings audiotool | grep 'Patch Id'
        4) if patch_id exists type
                mv audiotool audiotool.patch_id_123456_89
                where patch_id_123456_89 is recorded from step #3
           else
                mv audiotool audiotool.30fcs
        5) cp patched audiotool to audiotool
        6) chmod 755 audiotool
	7) restart all audiotools currently running
