Problem Description: 

   This patch fixes 
   1053596 : locator echo invisible if even number of devices enabled
   1074391 : rubberband does not work correctly if the sixth device is created
 
Install Instructions: 

    (1) Replace the old gkstool with the new one by doing:
    
            % mv $GKSDIR/SunGKS3.0.1/gkstool $GKSDIR/SunGKS3.0.1/gkstool.old
            % cp gkstool $GKSDIR/SunGKS3.0.1
            % chmod a+x $GKSDIR/SunGKS3.0.1/gkstool
    
    (2) Add sin_canvas.o before $GKSDIR/../libgks.a on the linking line in the
        application's makefile.
