Problem Description: 

   This patch fixes 
   1085736 : Rubber-band lines sometimes leaves garbage lines on screen
   1089554 : String input not possible with smaller panel sizes
   1102489 : Viewport on a remote system does not resize correctly
   1128357 : Resize procedure is called twice or thre times for one resize 
             event
   1134072 : Gclosews leaks memory
   1146709 : Gclosegks leaks memory

Install Instructions: 

   (1) Patch 100755 is a pre-requirement of this patch

   (2) Copy the patch to your GKS patch directory, $PATCHDIR.
     
   (3) Add $PATCHDIR/*.o before you link to any other library
       on the linking line in the application's makefile.
