Problem Description:
	
When customer trys to print special characters locally using local print (hard
copy) facility in te3278, it does not correct characters on the printer though
the correct character is seen on the screen.


INSTALL:

Stop any running te3278 terminal emulation processes (or startte process)
cp sun4/te3278 /usr/sunlink/3270
chmod 755 /usr/sunlink/3270/te3278
chown root /usr/sunlink/3270/te3278
Then restart te3278 terminal emulation (or startte).
