Topic: This is a point patch for uucp with callback option having problem with
       some modems required longer modem setup/hangup time.  Since only
       certain modems may exhibit this problem, this specific fix will
       not be integrated into future SunOS releases.

Problem Description: 

uucico sometimes fail with the error message, "FAILED ( generic open) when
using a CALLBACK.The time of the FAILED entry is too close to the REQUIRED
(CALLBACK), it's about one second apart not giving the modem time to
hang up from the previous call.

Install Instructions: 

NOTE: please use sun4 binary for all sun4x architecture.
