Problem Description: 
SNA gatway doesn't repsond to ACTPU or DACTPU sometimes.
SNA3274 gateway does not see ACTPU and DACTPU during startup from
sna gateway traces but etherfind traces show that the sna packets
arrive.  Reboot the system correct the problem

Note: Please install patch number 100850-03 first. Without the said
      patch, this patch may not work properly.
 
INSTALL:

1.	copy the patch into your <patch> directory.
	cd to the <patch>/sun4

	# cd <patch>/sun4
2.
	Save the previous versions:

	# mv /usr/sunlink/sna3270/sna3274 /usr/sunlink/sna3270/sna3274.previous

	Copy the the files in the patch:

	# cp sun4/sunlink/sna3270/sna3274 /usr/sunlink/sna3270/sna3274

3. Stop the "sna3270" gateway software using the command:
            "/usr/sunlink/sna3270/stopsna"
   and the any terminal emulation software which might be running on your
   system.

4. Start the "sna3270" gateway software using the command:
          "/usr/sunlink/sna3270/startsna <gateway name>"
