Problem Description: 

1071706 --> OS/KERNEL-SYSTEM CALL-WHEN PROCESS CLOSES A FIFO THEN
            SELECT SHOULD PICK UP THE EXCEPTION


Patch Installation Instructions:
-------------------------------
1. Save FCS version of the file

   mv /sys/`arch -k`/fifo_vnodeops.o /sys/`arch -k`/OBJ/fifo_vnodeops.o.FCS

2. Copy the patch:

   cp 4.1.2/`arch -k`/fifo_vnodeops.o /sys/`arch -k`/OBJ

3. Rebuild the kernel and reboot the system with the new kernel.

building and booting new kernels.
