Problem Description: 

    1211581 - NETISAM 1.1's ENOLCK problem.

    1132369 - ownership of netisam daemon not reset after database
              creation by user
    1135753 - server creates remote files with group entry 'root'
              instead of users group
    1137495 - remote netisam file are created with wrong user id
    1142658 - NetISAM 1.1 doesn't remove remote orphan locks
    1195102 - NetISAM 1.1 file access via primary or secondary group
              does not work
