Problem Description:
    This change is required to support the mechanism for booting
    and installing off of newly-supported devices.

    add support for Composite Filesystem (cpfs) to extend the
    read-only install root with additional/updated files on the
    the boot diskette.  This allows the addition and modification
    of files to the root, facilitating boot/install from newly-
    supported devices.

Special Install Instructions:

If you want to install systems from a network install server using one
of the drivers newly supported by patch 101366-01, you must first install
this patch onto your net server.  This patch updates the install server's
version of inetboot to support the new device boot mechanism.
