Problem Description:

1145672 rpc.bootparamd does not pick up the current entry from /etc/bootparams


This affects diskless client booting.  If rpc.bootparamd is running
on a boot server, and if the bootparams database stored in file
/etc/bootparams is changed while rpc.bootparamd is running, diskless
clients which boot off the server will not be able to see the newly
changed information.
