Problem Description: Fixes include: inquiry of DB support returns TRUE only
if HW DB is available, PEXDestroyStructures now correctly removes references
to destroyed structures, Switching from DB to SB and vice versa behaves as
expected now, Turning Anti-Aliasing from On to Off operates as expected, 
Destruction of PEX structures leaks massive amounts of memory, Cycles of 
structure creation and destruction cause growth of PEX processes.

1150527 - When using E&S Double buffering, xlib lines cannot be drawn on ZX
1153703 - PEXMatchRenderingTargets incorrectly returns an 8 bit visual as on
a ZX
1153706 - Z-buffering on a ZX when using HLHSR mode Zbuffer-ID may be drawn
incorrectly

was poor.

          SW double buffering was provided.
