Problem Description: 

    Bugs fixed in 101667-03:

    1177165 File descriptors openned by DXlib remain open across exec's
    1171815 DXlib incorrectly handles MPG devices when window attributes don't
	    match root window
    1166661 x11perf -seg100c1 through dxlib crashes on A24
    1141578 Moving around some windows leaves pixel tears in defdepth 24 mode.
    1141577 Text in cmdtool and sheltool are not visible in -defdepth 24 mode.
    1140451 Direct Xlib crashes when rendering to multiple screens on different
	    devices

    Bugs fixed in 101667-02:

    None.  101667-02 was temporary and never accepted.

    Bugs fixed in 101667-01:

    1160013 motif application creating a lot of button is very slow
    1153834 XCopyPlane and XCopyArea are incorrect in DXlib.
    1149428 Some wabi routines fail using DXlib.
    1144662 dxlib does not accelerate 24-bit putimage on SX
    1137477 X11perf -seg100c1 test dumps core on cg8 with Direct Xlib

    Other changes:

    Corrected unitialized variable problem in CopyPlane exposed by
    wabi.

    Direct Xlib files were updated to match most up-to-date versions
    of the same OpenWindows files.  Direct Xlib was built using the
    latest OpenWindows workspace.
