Problem Description: 

Bug reports fixed in version 1 of 101700 patch

	bug 1157780 "Add/Remove Background" lead snm to attenpt free unallocated blocks of memory.
	bug 1162676 Corrupted messages are shown in text pane of snm_discover (discover tool).

Note  : The snm_discover shall run manually to set up the IP range, if the
        subnet netmask does'nt set. The syntax is snm_discover -r129.144.41.
        20:129.144.60.100 -T. The -T option will show you the tool menu.
        Don't use -r option, if you have subnet mask set.

Special Install Instructions: 
----------------------------- 

Please use "showrev -p" to check if patch 101700-01 is installed on
your machine. If it is installed on the machine, use "backoutpatch"
to back it out before you install this patch.
 
Note : The backoutpatch process may take a long time to complete, please
       don't use ^C exiting. If you do, it can only fix by manually removing
       both patch and products, then re-install SNM product.
