Problem Description: 

     1069427 UQUM mode does not work correctly on double buffered GT, GS

Patch Installation Instructions: 

     Run the install_patch script included in the patch directory. Read the
     comments in the script for more information, if desired. Specifically,
     do the following:

     1) become root
     2) cd to the sun4 directory in the patch area
     3) setenv PHIGSDIR if you usually do so
     4) type 'install_patch' or 'install_patch -d' as appropriate ('-d' removes
        the current versions of the phigs files. This saves disk space but makes
	it much harder to back out the patch.)
