Problem Description: 

        Bugid 1179987 stated user manager was clearing the group object 
        ownership for NIS+ entries on a modification operation.

	Bugid 1174079 stated that remote Dataless Client Installation 
        Failed On All Platforms From X86 FCS_d CDs.

	Bugid 1116900 stated that random messages of the form: "Timeout
	Waiting for Method Results" were seen.  This patch fixes this.

	Bugid 1196458 stated that in some conditions the database
	manager would have problems listing some NIS maps.
