Problem Description:

Escalation 501982, fddi 2.0 out of tmds on sun4c platform with 102888-03 applied

Escalation 501169, installpatch script did not create a cpio achive file for
restoring original files.

After applying patch 102228-02 on sun4c machine, the following message is shown.

	bf0:  out of tmds - packet queued

The driver did not released the transmit descriptor on sun4c machines.

This patch also fixes no traps sent introduced in the previous patch.

For escalation 9262,

Sun FDDI station sending MAC address 0-0-0-0-0-0 may cause upstream/downstream
disappears.  The other problem is too many traps generated from Sun FDDI
station. 

For escalation 11127,

The sun4m/s493 server keeps printing messages:
	bf0:	attempt to xmit but no xmit i/o buffer

This patch increases the default number of i/o cache buffers to 128 and
the default number of receive descriptors to 64.  Also, "attempt to xmit but
no xmit i/o buffer" message has been taken out.

Topic: Fixes installation looping, fddi phy lock problems,
        rare system hangs, and minor performance enhancements
 
In addition to the fix for bugid 1123260, the patch fixes phy lock
up problems (like Ring up/down and tracing). It also fixes system
hangs which may occur very rarely.
 
Bugid causes 1132308 CDROM package to loop constantly, which should
be terminated by the user at the point the looping starts. This patch
completes the partial installation of the CDROM package.
