Problem Description: 

Fixed in this version:

	1201866   ASN.1 library core-dump when decoding a nested CHOICE

	1211179   ASN.1 library core-dump if turn on tracing but don't
		    build with -DASN1_DEBUG

	1220961   external prototype of asn functions are not provided

Fixed in version -01:

	1188202   Files that include xxx_enc_matrix.h compile with warnings

	1192557	  Error getting the license file data
