Problem Description:

1193530: openxt(which invokes wm_connect) fails when multiple ethernet 
boards are installed

1198633: fs_connect timeout needs to be long enough that the kernel 
can do retransmits.

1195335: Change Hamlet Sanity timer to use block/wakeup handlers instead of
alarm signal.

1199655: Xterminal's Motif window manager is unusable (with XDM).

1203866: Underscore characters are not allowed in the names of X terminals.

1214191: xterminal 2.1 displays "packet from unknown router" messages over
