     PCNFS 5.1a1, 5.1b, 5.1c does not free up NIS bound sockets and
     socket library does not notify Windows when an operation fails
     because of low memory.

Patch Installation Instructions: 

     NOTE: This patch may be installed over PC-NFS 5.1a, 5.1b or 5.1c.

     Rename current tklib.dll file:
     eg:  ren c:\nfs\tklib.dll c:\nfs\tklib.old

     Replace current tklib.dll file with file supplied in this patch:
     eg:  copy a:tklib.dll c:\nfs\tklib.dll
