Problem Description: 

SPECIAL NOTE:
        This patch is not intended for general use.  It has been built to
        provide a fix to Bell Atlantic specific problem with esp host adapter.

        The administration of this patch is as followed: Before installing
        the main OS patch release (101318), you have to backout this patch.
        Then, when done with installing the generic jumbo patch, this 103719
        patch needs to be re-installed.
