Problem Description: 

 4038843 - Enabling validation by network for windows access defeated by 
           SNC
 4028453 - Customer would like to customize the logo displayed on the login
           screen
 4027299 - Need a "disable authentication selection" feature

Note:  As a point patch, this fix is not currently scheduled nor will
       necessarily be approved for integration into future Solstice
       Network Client releases.

Patch Installation Instructions: 
 
 This patch is packaged as a self-extracting compressed file 
 (10478301.exe). It must be installed from Windows95.  The setup program 
 backs up the original file(s).  It then installs the new 
 file(s) and a patch uninstall utility. 

 To install this patch.

 1) Download 10478301.exe to a temporary directory on the PC.

 2) Remove the Solstice NFS Client from the Control Panel -> Network
    Configuration screen and reboot the PC.

 3) After the PC reboots, install the patch by executing 10478301.exe.
    Select "Run" from the "Start" menu.  Enter the path and patch 
    filename (Example: c:\temp\10478301.exe) then select "OK".  

    The patch will uncompress and start the setup program automatically.  
    Follow the setup program prompts to complete the patch installation.  

 4) Return to the Control Panel -> Network Configuration screen and add 
    the Solstice NFS Client. Reboot the PC.

    When the PC completes rebooting the patch installation is complete.

Patch Removal Instructions:

 In Windows95, click "Start".  Then select "Programs", "Patch 104783-01"
 and click on "uninstallSHIELD".

 Restart Windows95.
 

Installation Notes:
 All drive letter and directory name references are Solstice Network Client
 defaults. If you have installed Solstice Network Client or the patch file 
 on a different drive, or in a different directory, substitute your 
 drive and directory names in the example commands above.
