Problem Description:

4168507 Suddenly, the lease flag on dhcp_network table is changed to "04".

4122278 in.dhcpd writes bad flags field to dhcp network record if flags > 10

(from 106150-01)

4064489 in.dhcpd dumps core if bogus ICMP message received (IP len incorrect)
