Problem Description:
        4100613 Shorten reconnect time between sender and receiver
        4081560 Fix hang when synchronizing large databases
	4107404 Using Cooperative Console 1.2, synchronization fails if there 
	is a FireWall with NAT (Network Address Translator) between sender and
	receiver. The connection works well (see bug id 4095732 and esc 512219)
	but synchronization no.

For bug 4107404:
In order for this patch to work, the user must have a file called
firewall.ccf in the following directory...

If SUNOS /var/adm/snm/firewall.ccf
If SVR4  /var/opt/SUNWconn/snm/firewall.ccf

...the file will contain the name of the server to which they are
trying to sync databases to. Also, they must have the name of the
target host in their /etc/hosts file.
