This patch include the fix that sdtudctool of JSol2.6 isn't stable. This patch
is compiled on the JSol2.7 sdtudctool2.0 src code. Also include the following
fixes after JSol2.7 FCS:

4183926 sdtudc_extract can't make output file of bdf font with issuing error
        messages
4178964 sdtudctool displays wrong codepoint for PCK
4162315 Sdtudctool2.0:after change size, it can't show jisx0208 from reflist
4176705 Sdtudctool2.0: After print UDC, it dump core when it load a new font
4179808 It can't draw a new UDC after move
