Problem Description: 

4183054  zh.GBK, Input Method, Alt+1 sometimes can not work properly

In zh and zh.GBK locale, when using Chinese input method, Alt+1 is used to 
switch between single-byte character and multibyte character. 
After switch it to single-byte character inputing mode, input a Chinese word, 
after that, when you input some character as ',' '.', it will be shown as the 
corresponding double-byte character. At that time, the icon still show a 
single-byte inputing mode.
