4522794 nl_NL locale have error in LC_TIME definition
 
This patch merges fixes from 110495-03, 108386-02 and 109281-04
into 107064-04.

	The field has indicated that the thousands seperator for
	both Finland and the Netherlands should be a period,
	and not a space as was previously returned. This revision
	implements these changes.

	The en_AU locale returned the following date format
	in Solaris 2.6 : dd//mm//yy
	The correct format is dd/mm/yy. This patch revision
	includes this fix.

4111639 British locale (en_UK) breaks with National requirements
 
        There were some errors in the cultural elements of the
        en_UK locale in Solaris 2.6. Mostly this consisted of
        problems in the collation sequence. This patch updates
        the locale to the internationally accepted settings.

4192096	Incorrect currency formats for some European locales
 
	Some locales were found to have in accuracies with their
	currency formatting information. The locales effected
	are those in the file listing above. The currency formats
	have now been brought up to date according to the various
	national standards.
