Problem Description:

A build error with revision -01 resulted in corrupt Latvian and Lithuanian
locale shared objects. This revision corrects this error.

(from 107188-01)

4174452 nl-langinfo returns wrong locale results

The codeset name returned from the Latvian, Lithuanian
and Russian KOI8-R locales was incorrect. This patch
correctly updates them to ISO8859-13 and KOI8-R.

4179411 Some Greek characters n/a in CDE

Some Greek characters could not be generated properly
in CDE due mostly to problems with the dead keys.
This patch delivers an updated Compose file for Greek
	which rectifies these problems.

4138017 Dangling links may cause applications to break

Most of this bug was not actually causing any problems
so the only remaining problem links in Solaris 7
have been corrected by this patch.
