4243329 install_dbext aborts any dbext if it is on a client or slave server

This Veritas' Netbackup 3.1.1 patch 11 (P0800011)

	install_dbext aborts any dbext if it is on a client or slave server
	installation.  It looks for the /usr/openv.netbackup.version file
	for the platform information that exists only on the master server.
	The correct file location is in /usr/openv/netbackup/bin directory.
