Problem Description: 

4215590 dlopen dumps core generating error message in german locale
        Invalid message translations included in previous patch.

4326289 MU3 - l10n_euro message updates for SUNW*is SUNW*os

        Incorporate European translations for added/updated
        SUNW(euro)is and SUNW(euro)os messages.
	
This patch can only be installed on a system running Solaris 7.
For systems running Solaris 7 3/99 or later, the corresponding patch
is 107933.
