These dblks are used by NetBIOS to put and get data from the tcp layer and could be a possible memory leak. 4280834: Netbios panics with multiple network interfaces Systems with multiple network interfaces are prone to system panics which are caused by the Netbios driver. These panics are most likely to occur on unreliable networks where the WINS server becomes inaccessible.
