Problem Description: 

1093682  restore command makes root owner of symbolic links


Patch Installation Instructions: 
-------------------------------
1) As root, save a copy of the original restore file:
   mv /usr/etc/restore /usr/etc/restore.fcs
   chmod 600 /usr/etc/restore.fcs
   
2) Copy the new file from the patch directory:
   cp restore /usr/etc
   chmod 750 /usr/etc/restore
   chmod root.staff /usr/etc/restore
