Problem Description:

4279094 Time daemon (xntpd) step the system clock in an abrupt adjustment

4247629 xntpd does not make use of in-kernel PLL

NOTE :	To get the complete fix for bug 4279094 (Time daemon
	(xntpd) step the system clock in an abrupt adjustment), one 
	need to install the ntpdate patch,  107298-02 or its newer
	revision.

Please restart the xntpd or reboot the system after patch installation.
