Problem Description:

4352663 Recent pcmcia putback includes portions of another fix

(from 109926-01)
4303863 System panics at boot up with the 3COM562 PCMCIA card inserted.
4243709 Header <sys/pcmcia.h> depends on <sys/ddi_impldefs.h>
4332477 pem driver hangs on pem_detach()

installs a patch to a standalone machine:

       example# patchadd /var/spool/patch/104945-02

The following example removes a patch from a standalone system:

       example# patchrm 104945-02
