Problem Description:

4336307 dtpower needs to enable fbpm
4370067 dtpower doesn't recognize PM'able ide disks on Grover
4372350 dtpower sometimes fails to preserve configuration changes made by user
4374505 dtpower hangs if CDE is not logged in
