Problem Description:

4359512 : sys.dtwmrc for locale de has errors
	~/.dt/errorlog contains errors in the de locales.

It will be necessary to rm ~/.dt/errorlog and ~/.dt/errorlog/de*/* and logout of CDE after the installation of this patch.
